The Panic Store works with many warehouses and manufacturers across the US, delivery time and shipment availability may vary from one product to the next. It is possible to have 2 or more  separate transactions if the products you select come from separate sources. However, the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS within three to five business days of order placement. Some vendors may change shipping companies to experdite the order. Minumum order is $30.00 from a couple of our suppliers so we are asking for a combined order on specified items to meet their requirements.  If we have to ship an item outside the continental United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), We will have to contact the warehouse in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs. Some items within the warehouse are directly imported from overseas warehouses. In these cases, we may require Express Air delivery services only.

If you see an item on this site you would like to purchase click on that item,  the transaction will be processed through our secure checkout. All Amazon featured products will be processed through Amazon's secure checkout and other Affiliates through their secure checkouts. Some affiliates may change shipping companies to experdite the order. 

All Purchases for California residents are Taxable at 8.25%.

Refund/Return Policy

At the Panic Store we make it a goal to satisfy our customers. We will work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner.

All Survival kit returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order is placed as long as the products are returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us. All shortages must be reported within 48 hours. If the item(s) is defective, We will replace the item and pay for the return shipping. Only the item will be replaced; not the entire survival kit. Should you notice or have any discrepancy in your billing/invoicing you have 30 days to report it.

If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but insurance must be paid for in advance if the customer wants insurance over $100. If an order is placed in error, the product total will be refunded once the products have been returned but the shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost will not be refunded. Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.

Orders returned for any reason other than defective merchandise: the shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and there will be a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the original charge of the order.
